Tosh Tech Architect has played a significant role in modernising Turkey’s construction sector, delivering numerous contracting, build-to-sell and interior-architecture projects since its founding. The company was originally established in 1987 as İnmaş. Led by forestry engineer Turan Salih Saylam—and, since 2014, joined by interior architect Alptuğ Saylam—the business has operated under the Tosh Tech Architect name.
From 1987 onward, the firm has completed a wide range of developments, including housing complexes, industrial facilities, shopping centres, headquarters buildings, factories and logistics warehouses, handing over more than 2,500,000 m² of construction without a single lost-time incident. Today, Tosh Tech Architect’s headquarters is located in the Türkiye İş Bankası Residences in Kalamış.
